HANDLING MYSELF from STRESS

Stress is a a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.When we think of emotional stress, we automatically assume it’s something that is bad for us. Yes, some kinds of stress are associated with health issues such as high blood pressure, headaches, and even weight gain. But not all stress is negative stress.We have to be wise in order to cope with stress in our life.As I know,there are two types of stress which is eustress and distress.Eustress is a positive stress that give positive impact to a person while distress is vice versa to eustress.In order to be a successful person,you have to know how to cope with stress because it does matter.

So, I want to share several steps on how to cope with stress.Firstly,you have to accept your stress.Try to breathe in and out,feels the oxygen around you,take your time to adapt the situation.Accepting your stress doesnt mean ignoring what makes you stress but rather that you understand the origin of your anxiety.Stress make us more matured that we have to think wisely how to solve our own problem.

Next,you have to avoid your stressor.Avoid person or activity that can burden you more.Try to share you problem with person who is a good listener such as your parents or your best friend.You can also pray to your creator to make you relieve from your stress.In Islam,we have zikr which mean remembering Allah (the creator) as He will help you in your life

.Take your time to istighfar and practice this du'a:


Other than that,you have to reframe your problems.Or in other side,be positive.Bear in mind,all problem have it own solution.You have to practice being a positive person so that you can smoothly handle your level of stress.

Moreover,organized your life.Often times,stress comes when you feel overwhelmes.You can use a planner to keep track of your "to-do-list".With our modern techology,you can download many application on your smartphone to manage your timetable.Time management is the most important things as it will reflect your personalities of being a dicipline person.


Last but not least,you have to learn to say no.You cannot do everything you are asked to do.Dont pretend that you can if you're actually not because it will effect your time management.

In this life we have to learn how to appreciate person we love.How to appreciate?Here the steps i give to you:
  1. Appreciate the world around you
    Take a few moments in each day to notice useful or beautiful things around you and smile at them. Imagine what the world would be like without them. Take a deep breath and be thankful for their existence (and keep smiling!).
  2. Express your appreciation of the world to others 
    Tell a friend how much you appreciate breezy spring days or hot tea in the morning. Learn to verbalize your appreciation.
  3. Practice appreciating yourself
    At the end of each day, ask yourself “What can I truly be proud of today?”. Say it aloud or write it down. Practice recognizing in yourself the type of things you want to appreciate in others.
  4. Express appreciation to others
    Tell people that you appreciate them and why. If it feels strange, start with people where you have few power dynamics or attachments, then move onto employees, colleagues and loved ones.
